Process Adherence: Follow detailed written instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures. Cleanroom Protocol: Maintain a clean workspace, often inside a sterile cleanroom environment, wearing required protective gear. Documentation: Record production numbers, batch data, and inspection results accurately. Basic Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and strong visual attention to detail. Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long shifts and handle very small components.
