Success4Life Tutoring is seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Remote Proofreader to join our fully remote team. This entry-level role focuses on reviewing written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity, ensuring all company materials meet high standards of quality.

This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while helping maintain the professionalism and accuracy of all communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and proofread documents, reports, emails, and other written materials
• Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
• Ensure all content aligns with company style and quality standards
• Provide feedback to content creators to improve clarity and consistency
• Maintain organized records of revisions and proofing activities
• Assist with other content quality or operational tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications (Entry-Level Friendly)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written communication skills and knowledge of English grammar
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Highly organized and reliable
• Prior proofreading or content editing experience is a plus but not required
