The role involves generating and responding to enquiries, communicating with prospective customers, scheduling discovery calls, following up enquiries and providing information about our programs. You will also participate in ongoing personal and professional development designed to strengthen your communication, marketing and leadership capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies to generate qualified enquiries.
• Use digital platforms and social channels to promote personal development and leadership education programs.
• Respond professionally to people who have expressed interest in our programs.
• Communicate with prospective customers by phone, email and online platforms.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospective customers.
• Manage and follow up enquiries using established processes.
• Maintain professional communication standards aligned with organizational values.
• Follow a proven marketing system and established digital processes.
• Participate in ongoing personal and leadership development.
• Work autonomously within a remote office environment.
