Job Description

Pay: $55/hr

Schedule: 8A-5P or 8:30A-5:30P

Hybrid Onsite/Remote (fully remote if someone is outside of a 50 mile radius)

Location: Coral Gables

Bachelor‘s degree and 3 years supply chain experience, healthcare preferred. Educational requirements may be substituted with documented experience in contracting and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to manage agreements throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
• Critical thinker who can independently assess contract terms, identify risks, and connect business needs to contractual requirements.
• Effectively review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of legal and corporate agreements while collaborating with different departments and vendors.
• Manage multiple agreements simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare background is a plus

Manages a portfolio of BHSF contracts as assigned by management. Makes independent decisions and takes actions involving various degrees of complexity, in the management and analysis of various BHSF contracting areas, which have a direct impact on Baptist Health's financial wellbeing. Responsible for ongoing analysis and review of assigned contracts. Assures goods and services are incorporated into a contractual commitment as appropriate to drive the best value for the organization. Monitors and enforces contract compliance by resolving sourcing, pricing and related contract issues while ensuring terms and conditions are upheld. Manage supplier relationships, data collection, and analytics of all contracts and capital purchases. Interpret, implement and adheres to laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to the area of responsibility.
