Account Executive – Smart Mobility Technology // Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Remote | 50% Travel Within Territory)

We're looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to accelerate regional growth for an innovative mobility technology company.

In this role, you'll combine strategic business development, technical solution selling, and relationship manag

ement to help government organizations modernize transportation infrastructure and improve road safety.

What You'll Do

• Own business development activities across the assigned region.
\n
• Build relationships with transportation departments and government stakeholders.
\n
• Identify market opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline.
\n
• Establish and support distributor and channel partnerships.
\n
• Manage customer relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
\n
• Prepare proposals and participate in RFP and RFI processes.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to match technical solutions to customer needs.
\n
• Represent the company at transportation and infrastructure events.
\n
• Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate CRM reporting.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 5+ years of sales experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), selling to government agencies.
\n
• 2+ years of technical or consultative sales experience.
\n
• Proven success in business development and partner management.
\n
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes.
\n
• Strong commercial judgment and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.
\n
• Availability to travel approximately 50% within the territory.
\n
