Account Executive – Smart Mobility Technology // Southern Colorado & New Mexico (Remote | 50% Travel Within Territory)

We're seeking a motivated and commercially driven Account Executive to support the expansion of an innovative mobility technology company in the Canadian market.

This is an opportunity to develop a growing sales territory, build relationships with government agencies and transportation authorities, and introduce intelligent solutions that improve traffic efficiency and road safety.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies across Toronto and the Ontario market.
\n
• Build relationships with municipal, regional, and provincial transportation authorities.
\n
• Develop partnerships with distributors and industry stakeholders.
\n
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
\n
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
\n
• Monitor and respond to public tenders, RFPs, and RFIs.
\n
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
\n
• Represent the company at industry conferences and professional events.
\n
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 5+ years of experience selling Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to government agencies or transportation authorities.
\n
• At least 2 years of technical or solution-based sales experience.
\n
• Proven experience in territory development, account growth, and channel partner management.
\n
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and complex sales processes.
\n
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
\n
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive, results-driven approach.
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
\n
• Availability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned territory.
\n
