Account Executive – Smart Mobility Technology // Colorado, Utah, Wyoming & New Mexico (Remote | 50% Travel Within Territory)

We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales growth across Southern Colorado and New Mexico for an innovative technology company delivering intelligent transportation solutions.

You'll work closely with government agencies, transportation authorities, and business partners to bring advanced technologies to the market and build lasting customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the territory.
\n
• Build relationships with government transportation agencies and municipal decision-makers.
\n
• Manage distributor and channel partner relationships.
\n
• Identify new customers and expand existing business opportunities.
\n
• Lead sales presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
\n
• Identify and respond to government RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
\n
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to address customer needs.
\n
• Participate in industry conferences and customer meetings.
\n
• Manage sales forecasts and pipeline activities through CRM.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• 5+ years of experience selling Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to government customers.
\n
• At least 2 years of technical sales experience.
\n
• Proven business development and partner management experience.
\n
• Strong understanding of government procurement and complex sales cycles.
\n
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
\n
• Independent, proactive, and commercially driven.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n
• Availability to travel approximately 50% within the territory.
\n
