We run a matchmaking agency operated by AI: our agents hold 10,000+ candidate conversations a day, build a real understanding of what each person actually wants, and match them to roles with hiring managers who've already told us what they need.
\n \nThe Role
\n \nAs an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle. You'll run discovery calls, lead intake with hiring managers, negotiate terms and grow those accounts over time through expansion and renewals. Once a client is signed, you stay the owner of the relationship.
\n \nWho We're Looking For
\n \n- Must: Super energetic with killer communication skills. You're hungry, you genuinely enjoy talking to leads, and outreach energizes you — recent grads welcome if that's you.
\n- Must: Native-level fluency in spoken and written English
\n- Must: 1–3 years of closing experience as an AE, Account Manager, or BD — recruiting, staffing, or other service-based sales
\n- Track record of opening accounts and closing deals you can speak to with numbers — accounts opened, revenue closed, quota attainment
\n- Self-sufficient with sales tooling
\n- Curious about AI tools and comfortable giving product feedback
\n \nCompensation:
\nBase + commission. Target OTE of $75,000–$100,000.
\n \nLocation:
\nRemote, US-based.
\n \nMust be based and authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor visas at this time.
